At Eclipse Sample Sales, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on eligible items to ensure you find the perfect high-fashion pieces for your wardrobe. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange due to the exclusive nature of our sample inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your digital gift card will be issued via email, minus a small restocking fee.
